Our journey didn’t start with a business plan but with a love for the open road and the freedom it brings. Mike and Julie have been part of the RV world since the late ’90s, embracing the nomadic lifestyle long before it became a social media trend. With four young sons in tow, they embarked on an adventure that would see them living full-time in their RV, exploring the vast landscapes of America. Over four years, they traversed 38 states, creating memories and learning the ins and outs of RV travel.
Clermont, Florida, became their anchor after years of exploration. Here, they planted roots, but the call of the road never faded. As their sons grew and started families of their own, spanning from Florida to Texas and adding seven grandchildren and six dogs to the Madawi clan, Mike and Julie’s passion for RVing turned towards sharing their experiences and helping others discover the joy of RV travel.
Destination RV Tours was born from this dream. Our foundation is built on exceptional service and a commitment to doing what’s right for our customers. We believe in the power of community—what the Hawaiians call “Ohana.” It’s this spirit of family and inclusion that we bring to every tour, creating experiences that go beyond mere sightseeing to foster connections and build lasting memories.
