Cancellations and Terms Policy

Cancellation by Destination RV Tours (DRVT)

At Destination RV Tours, we strive to deliver unforgettable travel experiences. However, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may require the cancellation of a scheduled event. In such instances, we are committed to providing timely communication and offering flexible solutions.

In the Event of Cancellation by DRVT:

  1. Option to Transfer: You may transfer your deposit/payment to another upcoming DRVT event of your choice, subject to availability.
  2. Refund Request: You may request a full refund of all funds paid to DRVT, without penalty.

Customer Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we have outlined our cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.

  • Now to 90 days prior to the event: Full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. A $100 travel voucher will also be issued for future use.
  • 89 to 60 days prior to the event: Refund issued, less a $300 cancellation fee. A $300 travel voucher will be provided for future travel.
  • 59 to 30 days prior to the event: Refund issued, less a 25% cancellation fee of the total payment. A travel voucher worth half of the cancellation fee will be issued.
  • 29 to 11 days prior to the event: Refund issued, less a 25% cancellation fee of the total payment.
  • 10 days or less prior to the event: No refunds will be issued.
  • Transfer Option: To avoid a cancellation fee, you may opt to transfer your deposit to another DRVT event, subject to availability.

Please Note:

  • All itineraries are subject to change without notice, based on availability, safety, weather conditions, and staffing.
  • All credit/debit card transactions are subject to a 4% service fee.
  • A $500 deposit per trip is required to reserve your spot.

Indemnification and Liability

By booking with Destination RV Tours, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRVT, its owners, employees, and agents against any and all damages, liabilities, claims, expenses (including attorney’s fees), or other harms arising out of or in connection with the participation in any of our tours or events.
