REGISTRATION

A: To book your adventure with us, simply fill out the application form and submit a $500 deposit per trip. You’ll receive a confirmation email as verification of your booking.

A: Absolutely! You’re welcome to register for any and all trips that catch your eye. Explore our upcoming trips to start planning your next adventure.

A: The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your trip. This allows us to finalize all the necessary arrangements for an unforgettable experience.

A: For detailed information on cancellations, please review our Cancellation Policy. It outlines refund eligibility and process.

DURING THE TRIP

A: Yes, group parking requests can be accommodated with advance notice. While we strive to fulfill all such requests, final arrangements are subject to the discretion of the host RV park.

A: Pets are welcome on our trips! While DRVT does not provide pet sitting services, some parks may offer this. It’s best to arrange these services directly.

A: Many activities are within close proximity to the host RV park, requiring personal vehicle use. We encourage a rideshare system among guests to foster a sense of community and ease transportation.

A: Should you need assistance, our Rally Master is available to arrange transportation ensuring no one misses out on the fun.

A: To keep our trips affordable, buses are reserved for activities over 25 miles away. For closer excursions, we utilize a rideshare system among guests.

CANCELLATIONS & INSURANCE

A: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation. For more details, refer to the cancellation policy provided upon registration.

A: Once a rally begins, refunds are not available. All arrangements are pre-paid and organized based on confirmed attendance.

A: Currently, DRVT does not provide trip insurance. We recommend purchasing insurance independently to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

A: Deposits may be transferable depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Please consult your registration form for specific details.
